If you RSVP to a WonderLead workshop, talk, or accountability session — on LinkedIn, Luma, or a WonderLead page — this is what happens to your details. Short version: we use them to run the event and optionally follow up about related sessions. We do not sell your data.

What this covers
This note applies to public and invited events hosted by Patricia Juarez / WonderLead, including:
LinkedIn Events you RSVP to
Luma (or similar) registrations
In-person or online workshops, talks, and monthly accountability sessions
Post-event feedback forms on wonderlead.tech
RSVPing is optional. You can attend some sessions without creating a WonderLead account.
2
What LinkedIn and Luma already hold
LinkedIn is the controller of your LinkedIn account and of the RSVP you submit on LinkedIn. When you click Attend, LinkedIn typically shares with the organiser information already on your profile and RSVP, such as name, headline, company, and that you responded. LinkedIn’s own Privacy Policy governs that platform.
Luma (when we use it) collects the fields on that event form — usually name and email. Luma’s privacy policy governs that platform. WonderLead receives the guest list so we can run the session.
3
What WonderLead receives
Depending on the platform, we may receive or copy:
Name and RSVP status (going / interested / waitlist)
Email address, when the platform or form provides it
Job title, company, and LinkedIn profile URL, when visible on the guest list
Anything you type in a registration question, chat, or feedback form
Attendance (joined the call, showed up in the room) when we take a simple headcount
We do not receive your LinkedIn password. We do not scrape your network.
4
How we use it
We use this information to:
Know who is coming, manage capacity, and send logistics (time, link, room, pre-work)
Admit the right people on Zoom or at the door
Send slides, notes, recordings (if we promised them), and a short thank-you after the session
Improve the next session from feedback you choose to give
Invite you to a related WonderLead workshop, accountability circle, or the Practitioner Programme — you can say no at any time
Legal basis: we need the guest list to perform the event you signed up for (contract / steps prior to a contract). Follow-up about similar events is based on our legitimate interest in telling past attendees what is next; you can opt out in one click. We will not add you to a paid newsletter unless you subscribe yourself (for example via Substack).
5
What we do not do
Sell or rent the guest list
Share it with recruiters or employers
Use it for advertising profiles or sell it to ad networks
Add you to a marketing list as a condition of attending
Pretend an RSVP is an application to the Practitioner Programme — that is a separate form, with its own privacy policy
6
Photos, recording, and chat
Some sessions are recorded or photographed so absentees can catch up, or so we can share a recap. If we record, we say so at the start. You may keep your camera off on video calls. If you do not want to appear in a recap photo or clip, tell Patricia in the room or email academy@wonderlead.tech and we will not use your image.
Chat and verbal contributions in the session are part of the event. We may quote anonymised themes in a recap. We will not publish your name next to a quote without asking.
7
Follow-up after the event
Expect at most a small number of emails or LinkedIn messages related to that session: logistics beforehand, materials afterwards, and occasionally “the next date is…”. If you reply “unsubscribe” or use an unsubscribe link, we stop.
Connecting on LinkedIn is optional. If we connect, ordinary LinkedIn messaging still follows LinkedIn’s rules, not this page.
8
How long we keep it
Guest lists and feedback are kept long enough to run the event, send materials, and see who might want the next session — typically up to 24 months, then deleted or anonymised. You can ask us to delete your row sooner.
LinkedIn and Luma keep their own copies under their policies; deleting our copy does not delete your LinkedIn account or Luma history.
9
Opt out or ask us to delete
Email academy@wonderlead.tech with the event name and the email or LinkedIn URL we should remove. We will stop follow-up and delete our copy of your guest-list row, unless we must keep a minimal record (for example a paid ticket refund).
You can also cancel an RSVP on LinkedIn or Luma yourself.
