Who we are
WonderLead is operated by Patricia Juarez, an independent educator and career practitioner.
This policy covers the Practitioner Programme sales page, application, sign-in, course portal, and related emails. It does not cover the RePLAN app, coaching waitlists, or workshop RSVPs.

What we collect
Application: name, email, LinkedIn URL (optional), current role, preferred start date, hours per week, target craft, track (Standard, Leadership, Role Transition, or Mentor), leadership seat if applicable, mentor commitment if applicable, and optional notes
Sign-in: if you apply with Google or a magic-link email, WonderLead receives your name and email via Supabase Auth. We never receive your Google password
After confirmation: project preference, team-fit details, and fit-call notes you choose to share by email or on a call
Payment: Stripe processes cards. We receive confirmation status and amount, not full card numbers
Course portal: week progress may be stored in your browser (localStorage) and, if you use authenticated features, on WonderLead systems
Deliverables: documents and artefacts in shared tools (for example Notion) for the cohort
Communications: emails and messages you send to academy@wonderlead.tech or through programme channels
Feedback: surveys, interview notes, written programme feedback, and any testimonial permission you grant
Support: if you use the on-page messenger (Featurebase), that service processes the message so we can reply

How we use it
To review applications, confirm fit, form pods, and deliver the programme
To send sign-in links, confirmations, cohort materials, and coaching notes
To collect tuition after a place is confirmed (paid tracks)
To issue a Practitioner certificate and, with your participation, a Registry entry
To improve the curriculum from anonymised feedback
To send later programme announcements if you have not opted out (unsubscribe in any email)
We do not sell your data, use it for advertising profiles, or make automated decisions that produce legal effects.

Legal basis
Contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): processing your application and delivering the programme
Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR): analytics cookies (PostHog, Google Analytics) via the cookie banner; marketing emails you opt into at application. You can withdraw either at any time

Retention
Programme records: duration of the cohort plus 2 years after it ends, for certificates and alumni access
Unconfirmed applications: unused drafts are deleted after a short period
Payment records:7 years where financial law requires it
Certificate verification: kept only with your permission; you may ask us to stop verifying
Deletion requests: patri@develagora.com. We respond within 30 days, subject to legal retention.
Google Sheets: private spreadsheet for cohort administration
PostHog (EU cloud, eu.i.posthog.com) and Google Analytics: consent-based page analytics on marketing, programme, apply, Builder Stack, Career Mentor, and workshop pages. Same PostHog project across WonderLead hosts. They do not receive your application answers
Notion (or similar): shared cohort workspace
Featurebase: optional support messenger
Each is governed by its own privacy policy. We do not sell data or send it to employers without your written consent.

Your rights
Under the GDPR you can:

The programme sales and apply pages, and the other WonderLead pages that load the shared analytics script, use PostHog (EU cloud) and Google Analytics only after you accept analytics cookies. It is the same PostHog project on site.wonderlead.tech and ai.wonderlead.tech. You can change that from the cookie settings control. Session recordings mask inputs and text. These tools do not store your application answers or course work.
The optional support messenger may set cookies if you open it. The course portal may use localStorage for progress; you can clear it with your browser data.
We do not use advertising or profiling cookies.

Changes
If this policy changes in a material way, enrolled Participants are emailed at least 14 days before the change takes effect. The date at the top of this page is the current version.
