Terms of Participation

These Terms of Participation (“Terms”) are an agreement between WonderLead (“Provider”), operated by Patricia Juarez, and the individual completing enrolment (“Participant”).

By submitting an application for the WonderLead Practitioner Programme, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. Enrolment is confirmed only after WonderLead accepts your application. Payment is collected only after your place is confirmed, except Mentor access, which is free.

The WonderLead AI Native Practitioner Programme is a cohort-based educational service: a setup and alignment week, then 10 sprints (or 5 intensive sprint weeks). Participants join a cross-functional pod of 4–8 people to ship a real product using Working Backwards / PRFAQ, AI-native workflows, and bar-raiser review, under coaching from Patricia Juarez.

You are matched to a craft seat in the pod (for example PM, Engineer, Designer, UX Researcher, Strategist, TPM, Tech Lead, or Team Lead). Role assignment happens as pods fill. Pace (standard or intensive) is confirmed in the fit call and setup week; it does not change the price.

Participation is not employment, an internship, volunteering, or any labour relationship with WonderLead. You are a student of an educational service. These Terms create no employment contract, stipend, or remuneration.

Prices published on the programme page at the time your place is confirmed are the prices that apply. For Cohort 2 they currently are:

• Standard: €550 (or 3×€200 instalments)
• Leadership Track: €800 (or 3×€290 instalments)
• Role Transition: €1,300 (Standard or Leadership Track plus six private 1:1 sessions; subject to fit confirmation)
• Mentor access: free for approved senior practitioners who accept the mentoring responsibilities described at application

Participant feedback: Paid participants commit to about 10 minutes of structured weekly feedback for the length of the programme (setup week plus 10 sprints, or 5 if the pod runs intensive). That includes feedback for colleagues on the work, and feedback for the programme through surveys, interviews, and notes on materials and tools.

Instalments: Standard and Leadership Track tuition may be paid in three calendar-based monthly instalments. Amounts are shown on the programme page. Instalment timing is not linked to employment outcomes.

Alumni and referral codes: A valid alumni or affiliate code gives the referred person 20% off tuition. The alumnus or referring party receives 20% of what the referred person actually pays when that person is successfully enrolled. Codes have no expiry unless the offer itself states a deadline.

Payment is processed by Stripe. WonderLead does not store full card or bank details.

All work, artefacts, designs, documents, prototypes, analyses, and deliverables you create during the programme are your sole and exclusive intellectual property.

WonderLead acquires no commercial rights, ownership, licence, or interest in that work, whether you create it alone or with other Participants.

You may publish, share, commercialise, and use your work anywhere, including job applications, portfolios, LinkedIn, talks, and companies you start.

WonderLead offers three curated problem briefs as learning scaffolding: AI Marketing CRM, AI Recruiter, and Travel Planner. Teams choose a brief (or a custom project) during setup week.

If you later commercialise a product based on a standard WonderLead brief, you are invited, never required, to contribute a voluntary royalty of 2–5% of net revenue for the first 12 months of commercial operation, to fund scholarships.

You do not need to choose a project on the application form. After your place is confirmed, WonderLead will ask for project preference and team-fit details by email. Setup week is when the pod aligns on a brief.

WonderLead may approve, ask you to modify, or decline a custom project that falls outside the learning scope or coaching expertise. Enrolment on a custom project is confirmed only in writing. No payment is collected while a custom project is under review.

If a custom project is declined and you do not want to continue with a standard brief, you receive a 100% refund regardless of timing.

You are encouraged to reference the programme on professional profiles and in applications. An accurate description is:

“WonderLead Academy, Practitioner Programme, [Year]. An independent portfolio project completed as part of a cohort-based career development programme; work was not performed under WonderLead employment.”

You must not:

• Claim employment at WonderLead or any affiliated entity
• Say you used WonderLead’s internal systems, proprietary tools, or production infrastructure
• Hold yourself out as a WonderLead representative, employee, or contractor

You agree to keep non-public WonderLead product information confidential for 2 years from the programme end date. That includes unreleased product features, roadmap details, and internal metrics shared in coaching.

This does not stop you from:

• Sharing, publishing, or commercialising your own portfolio artefacts
• Discussing your general experience of the programme
• Describing publicly documented methodology and frameworks

There is no non-compete. You may work on competing products, start companies, or join competing organisations.

• Through the end of Sprint 1: 100% refund, no questions asked
• After Sprint 1: remaining instalments stop if you withdraw. You do not pay for sprints you do not attend. Amounts already paid for completed sprints are not refunded
• Custom project declined (section 6): 100% refund regardless of timing
• Mentor track: no tuition, so no refund

If life happens, you may pause without penalty up to two times during the programme. A third pause needs written agreement from WonderLead. The weekly roadmap review adapts the plan. A pause does not by itself extend the Sprint 1 refund window unless WonderLead agrees in writing.

Refund requests go in writing to academy@wonderlead.tech. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.

Personal data collected during application and programme delivery is processed to run the programme and issue a completion certificate. WonderLead complies with the GDPR.

You have rights to access, rectify, erase, and port your personal data. Data is not shared with third parties (including employers) without your explicit written consent, except processors named in the privacy policy.

WonderLead provides education, methodology, community, and coaching. The programme is designed to give you tools, portfolio artefacts, and practice for roles in tech.

Employment outcomes depend on your effort, the market, prior experience, and factors WonderLead does not control. No job placement, interview guarantee, or employment outcome is promised by completing the programme.

These Terms are meant to be clear and interpreted in good faith. If there is a dispute, both parties will try to resolve it first through direct communication.
