In Berlin she created and led AI literacy and adoption programmes across organizations at AWS Berlin: weekly sessions where people compared notes on what was actually working. Those sessions grew into a community of practice that kept going for nine months, and continued after she left. WonderStackAI is that work outside AWS, and free.
I had the pleasure of working with Patricia, who set up and lead an AI literacy program across our teams in Berlin during a time when many employees were eager to explore AI, but unsure where to begin.
She created a space where people could learn through practical demos, open discussions, and peer-to-peer knowledge sharing. What started as a series of demo and sharing sessions quickly evolved into a lasting community of learning that continued for more than six months.
One of the most impressive aspects of her work was how she helped make AI approachable. As people began exchanging experiences and asking questions openly, confidence across teams grew significantly. Her ability to connect people, encourage curiosity, and create psychological safety around learning new technologies had an impact on improving AI literacy and adoption.
She combines initiative, organizational skills, and a collaborative mindset with a genuine passion for helping others grow.
